Nairobi – Samburu
Nairobi – Samburu Pick up from your hotel around 8 am and transfer to Wilson airport for your flight to Samburu National park. You will pass over lush farmlands and catch glimpses of the glacier slopes of Mt. Kenya before dropping down to the arid country of the North and the Samburu Game Reserve. On arrival you will be met and transferred to Elephant Bedroom. After lunch proceed for evening game drive dinner and overnight.
Day 2 Samburu Full Day
Samburu Full day Pre-morning game drives and after lunch proceeds for the evening game. Samburu is located north of the central mountains and the equator. This fascinating arid reserve is home to Grevy’s zebra and reticulated giraffe, Oryx, gerenuk, Somali ostrich, and dikdik. Dinner and overnight at hotel/Camp
Day 3 Samburu – Masai Mara
Samburu – Masai Mara After breakfast you will be transferred with game drive en route to the Shaba airstrip for your flight to Masai Mara National Reserve. On arrival in Masai Mara you will be transferred to lodge/tent for lunch followed by afternoon game drives- dinner and overnight stay at the hotel/ Camp
Day 4 Masai Mara Game Reserve
Day spent exploring the park in search of the big 5 Morning and afternoon game drives are offered. Optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost of US$ 430 per person – Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel/camp.
The Mara offers wildlife in such variety of species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant. Return to the lodge/camp for overnight stay.
Day 5 Masai Mara To Nairobi – Departure
Early morning game drives returning to the camp for breakfast. Later transfer to the airstrip for flight to Nairobi. On arrival at Wilson Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel or JKIA AIRPORT.
